you don’t see is as important as what you do, actually more so.
If the
materials and workmanship on the inside fail to protect
your irreplaceable art against acids and time they will cause it to
deteriorate long before you know it.
Peace of mind comes from the materials
you select and most of all the trust you have in your framer. Trust is why 99% of my first-time customers become regular customers and why I handcraft 1,000 frames a year.
The policy signs in most stores all
start with the word “No.” We have one, but of a different kind: No sale is final until you are completely satisfied.
Should any detail of our work be flawed I will do whatever it takes to make it
right, even if it means remaking the entire frame.
